Cutter Grinding

STANDARD DRILLS, & CORE DRILLS IN CARBIDE OR HSS

Drills within a size range of 0.5-60mm dia, any angle or form can be reground or reformed. In addition to the standard types, the service encompasses Subland, slot, multi-flute, and double margin drills.

REAMERS IN CARBIDE OR HSS

Regrinding of lead and form, multi step, and any number of flutes.  

MILLING CUTTERS

Size range 1-200mm dia standard cutters. Also Woodruff cutters, end mills, any carbide tipped face and form mills, ripper cutters, and slot drills with any spiral or number of flutes.

TAPS & THREAD CHASERS

Regrind of leads and gun leads.  

GEAR HOBBING CUTTERS

Face regrinding only.  

BROACHES

Round:- regrind only. 

TURNING TOOLS

Reground, reformed or made new, in HSS or carbide.  

RECESSING TOOLS & ‘D’ BITS

Manufacture reform, or regrind, in HSS or carbide.
