tool is capable of collecting
measurement data and exporting this
to a computer for statistical
analysis via a tool such as NWA
Quality Analyst or mini-tab.
“Integral setting master”
The selective assembly for
balancing requires that each blade
is assessed not to drawing - but to
a consistent datum part. Once
assessed, the serial number of the
turbine blade is recorded onto the
part and assembled to the rotor for
final balancing. |
